SourceRookie Blue season 3 continues next week with episode 10, "Cold Comforts." 15 Division has lost one of its own, but they must move on and keep doing the job. Season 3 Episode 10 "Cold Comforts" Promo "The officers are trying to move on with their lives in the face of a tragedy when they discover a police laptop has been stolen, containing sensitive information. They set off on a hunt to recover the computer and prevent any dangerous fallout. When Andy, Nick and Swarek uncover a drug informant who may have been compromised by the leak -- and when Sam suspects the informant's motives -- it drives a wedge between Andy and Sam, unleashing pent up emotions."The last episode, "Out of Time," was an intense one that ended with Jerry dead. This job is a dangerous one, but that doesn't mean it's any easier for them to keep going after a friend's death. However, in this next episode, they're going to find out something Jerry was supposed to do, and it puts them right in the middle of something that could lead to trouble and the end of a relationship. The Rookie Blue season 3 episode 10 promo for "Cold Comforts" (below) begins and ends with Jerry's funeral. He's gone, but not forgotten. That's also true on the job with the next case, as a guy who's been in a fight tells them that Jerry was supposed to be at his place with $30,000, which Dov and Chris find in Jerry's desk. Just what is going on? What was Jerry up to?They set up a sting, but it doesn't go as planned when Andy goes in to check out why the wire's down and ends up in trouble herself. She fights back, but it looks like whatever goes down leads to Andy and Sam getting some emotions out that they were keeping in, especially Sam. He says he should've listened to Jerry, not Andy, and she asks if he blames her for what happened. He's grieving, and the preview ominously ends with Sam's "I can't be a cop and be with you." What will this mean for their relationship? It doesn't seem like it's going to be anything good, unless they talk it out instead of just ending things. After all they've been through to get where they are, could this be the final straw?

Rookie Blue - Season 3 Episode 3 - “A Good Shot” - Episode Review
I have only superlatives for this episode. It has all a good shew needs. I loved it from the beginning to the end, every second.
I must admit, I was scared that Epstein shot an unarmed kid. I've never thought of someone else being in the store during the shooting. The store owner's behavior was a bit odd dough. Having been robbed 17 times and still defending the kid and the neighborhood is something unusual. He was out on parole so that gun would have sent him back right away.
Epstein is a good cop. Yeah, I know I've said some harsh things about him in my last review but I still think he's a good cop. Asking for a lawyer was a smart move. Internal investigations can be rough sometimes.
I got scared for a moment watching Noelle being pushed and hitting the ground. Frank was right and I'm glad Noelle is going to have a desk job from now on. She must protect her pregnancy. She have fought so hard for this, it would be stupid to put herself in danger each day.
Tracy is going to be a detective :) that's great news. But judging from the promo she's going to get into trouble right away. It's not easy to have that kind of responsibility but officer Nash is a smart woman and a really good cop so she'll be fine. She even got a chance to practice what she have learned during the training on Dove and it turned out to be a good move. Epstein remembered some really crucial details which led the team to the evidence. This got him off the hook. He was really scared which is normal, after all he killed a man. He's going to need therapy. Poor Dov, he lost his brother, now he shot a man. I feel sorry for him but that's what happens when one is a cop. It's inevitable. Andy already shot a man, I guess now it was Dov's turn to use his gun.
Gail Peck is not going to be a detective, at least not right now. I don't know if she was seriously considering to apply or she just wanted to make Tracy be scared but I'm glad she didn't get the job. She's playing hard to get with Collins. I wonder how long is Collins willing to play her game. Somehow I'm having a hard time understanding Peck. She's a great handicap being a Peck, people are judging her for having white shirts parent and she does everything to be hated instead of trying to be normal. I still hope one day we are going to see her as being normal.
Diaz got less screen time this time even tough he was there at the shooting.
Andy was great at the interrogation. I love it when she is left to do her job alone. Sam (Swarek) was really impressed. He trained her, didn't he? :) He knows what he has and it's good to see them holding hands.

'Rookie Blue - Season 3 Episode 3 'A Good Shoot'
"Rookie Blue season 3 continues this week with episode 3, "A Good Shoot," and Dov's going to find himself at the center of the investigation when his actions are called into question after he shoots a teenager robbing a convenience store.Season 3 Episode 3 "A Good Shoot" ClipDov is going to be put in a difficult position in this episode, leaving him facing many questions about his actions. As the promo shows, it's looking like many think he was in the wrong, but it's not like you can see this ending too badly for him. He'll likely end up on suspension, but that seems like the worst thing that could happen. The Rookie Blue season 3 episode 3 sneak peek from "A Good Shoot" (below) shows the moments that lead up to the shooting. Dov's just stopping in the convenience store for soda and snacks, but when he asks about licorice, that's when things begin going wrong. He notices the guy behind the counter is wearing a black hoodie and doesn't seem to work there, despite what he says. Dov asks him to step out from behind the counter and show him his hands, but when the guy moves suddenly, Dov pulls out his gun and tells him to stand up. You can't blame him for that move. The big question of the episode is going to revolve around whether or not the guy was armed. Dov says he was, but they can't find a gun in the store. Was this a good shoot, or will it turn out that Dov had the wrong reaction in this situation?"

Rookie Blue - Season 3 Episode 2 - "Class Dismissed" - Episode Review
It was an excellent episode. I loved every moment of it from the beginning to the end. The plot was great.
I got a bit suspicious when I heard Oliver talking about her wife taking the girls to their grandparents. He's not the guy who talks about his family life, especially not to Dov Epstein. He gave us the feeling that he does not appreciate him as a cop, he thinks Epstein needs to grow up and now, all of a sudden he talks about his family. It was really suspicious. He was actually really nice to Dov, which was the other suspicious thing. He must have really big problems at home.
:) I can't believe Epstein did it again. He left the keys in the ignition and the car got stolen. This guy can be unbelievably stupid at times. He always wants to impress everyone and this way he makes one mistake after another. Last season when the Super Hero got into the police car and accessed the car's computer, the whole squad was laughing at him and now he did it again. How stupid one can be? :) Apart from the fact that he made a fool out of himself, let's not forget that the car was armed. He's not a bad guy, he has a good heart but sometimes everything he does come out wrong. Luckily for him, shots were fired but no one got hurt.
It looks like he really cares about Sue. I still wonder is he over Gail yet? What do you think?
Sam & Andy - I guess I'm not the only one who expected them to move in together. Well, that's not happening at the moment, as we all know, they are sneaking in to each other place at night and sneaking out in the morning, like teenagers. Andy wants to tell the world about them, Sam doesn't. I can't blame him. He has been waiting for Andy to decide what she wants for a long time but she couldn't make the decision. No wonder Sam is protecting himself now. Besides, it's kind of exciting to to have a love life like that. No one knows but you and your partner. It's really private. They are good together at work, they make a good team, we know that already. Sam loves her very much, even though he does not show it. However, I have some concerns about their future relationship. Watching them at the end on the couch ... I don't know, it was weird. Like each of them were thinking about something else and that was not good at all. I hope I'm wrong.
Gail & the new guy, Collins - Wow, Gale gave in, finally. They look good together, although I have no idea why he likes her. He looks like a really nice guy and Gail is not nice at all. I'm afraid she's going to hurt him too.
I can't wait to see the next episode.

Rookie Blue - Season 3 Episode 2 - Promo - "Class Dismissed"
The promo looks good. It seems like we are going to have some action. I hope Andy does not get hurt.
Rookie Blue - Season 3 Episode 1 - The First Day of the Rest of Your Life - Episode Review
After a very long period of waiting, on the 24th we could finally watch the first episode of season 3. I must admit, at the beginning it was a bit different from what I expected. I was expecting to see Andy with Sam, but not only they were not together ... they haven't seen each other for 3 months and Sam was really mad at Andy. Like he said, all he wanted was Andy. Poor guy was waiting for her for two seasons, must have been tough on him but somehow I can't blame Andy for respecting the rules (this time). Sam was cleared but Andy's future as a police officer was depending on the board evaluation. So I guess she was right not to contact Sam.
Ok, that being said, let's see what else has happened in this episode.
Regarding the couples, there have not been major changes.
Tracy and Gerry are still together. I'm happy for them. Tracy deserves to be happy and so does Gerry. I knew Tracy is going change her schedule, she mentioned once a desk job and we know that one of the rookies is going to get a promotion, so I guess she's going to be a detective. She'll get the job. She deserves it, she has great instincts and loves her job.
Noelle is pregnant, which is not news for us, we knew that from season 2. The good news is that they are still together and Noelle is till working. I like her character, she's a great officer. We would have to say good bye to her later on but I'd like to enjoy her as much as I can.
Gail Peck is the same b..ch as she was the last two seasons. I think she was born that way :) As a character, I like it because it makes the show more colorful. We found out some "dirt" about her past when the new rookie showed up, who by the way was serving in Iraq. He seems a nice guy and a brave soldier/rookie/police officer. I can't believe he wanted to marry Gail. I see no problem for him to be part of 15 Division. I have no idea if he stays or not, I would like him to, but if I'm not mistaken, he's here to fill in Andy's position and now that she's been reinstated, I'm not sure he's needed any more. We'll see.
Dov is with Sue. I wonder if he's over Gail or not.
Travis seems to be single, at least we have no information about he's relationship status. He's a cutie :) No wonder he's been chosen to be the "face" of 15th. Noelle was right.
We haven't seen Luke, which is not a bad thing. I don't like him, after all he's done to Andy, he's not my favorite at all.
The plot was good. Andy and Noelle did an excellent job. We got proof that Sam and Andy are the best team. They are great in any situation. I was pleased to see at the end that there is still hope, Sam is willing to give Andy a chance.
English is not my first language, so I'll try to do my best :)
Please feel free to comment. Let's meet here after each episode and discuss it.
Thanks for reading my review.

Rookie Blue Arrests William Shatner
Posted by tvline.com
The cops of Rookie Blue are back on the beat May 24 (ABC, 10/9c), and we’ve got a sneak peek at the latest citizen given them trouble: William Shatner!
As TVLine first reported, Shatner will play a drunk driver in the Season 3 premiere — a role that “starts comic and ends dramatic,” executive producer Tassie Cameron told us.Meanwhile, Andy returns to work after being suspended for three months at the end of last season and meets the newest rookie, Nick Collins (Peter Mooney). But we know what you’re really wondering: What’s going on with Andy and her former training officer? This sentence from the official episode description has us slightly worried: “Whether Andy and Sam can reignite the passion they once had may be an even bigger question.”ROOKIE BLUE - In the premiere episode, "The First Day of the Rest of Your Life," Andy's real life comes flooding back when she returns to 15 Division after a three-month suspension, ready to face an official tribunal that will decide if she should be reinstated to active duty. Reuniting with her police family, she also meets her possible replacement - new rookie Nick Collins. A tense face-off with fellow officer Sam Swarek is interrupted when they are involved in a multi-car collision, caused by a very drunk driver, Henry McLeod (William Shatner), with a serious grudge against the police. When a mysterious young girl vanishes from the scene of the accident, Andy connects her to a seven-year-old cold case. Will Andy-still on suspension - and the rest of the Division be able to find the missing girl and uncover the circumstances of her disappearance before it is too late? Whether Andy and Sam can reignite the passion they once had may be an even bigger question. "Rookie Blue" premieres THURSDAY, MAY 24 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network. Rookie Blue - Season 3
William Shatner will guest star in the opening episode. He will be playing Henry McLeod, a belligerent drunk driver with a haunting secret - and with a serious grudge against the police.
15 Division will welcome a new rookie, ex-soldier Nick Collins (Peter Mooney - Camelot, Murdoch Mysteries), to round out the rest of the team including Andy McNally (Missy Peregrym), Dov Epstein (Gregory Smith), Chris Diaz (Travis Milne), Traci Nash (Enuka Okuma) and Gail Peck (Charlotte Sullivan). Plus, one of the rookies will get a major promotion and Andy McNally's mom will make an appearance.
Executive producer Tassie Cameron told TVLine: "We’re using Luke carefully in Season 3. We didn’t want it to be a graveyard of Andy’s ex-boyfriends or boyfriends or whatever, so we’re trying to use him in a new way. And it’s tricky." So I guess they won't get back together, which is good. I'd like to see Andy with Sam.
"We’re going to do some stuff with Gail romantically in Season 3, but not pursue the Dov storyline. It will bubble away under the surface. But they’re really, really close friends, and they’re really interesting together as friends. Right now, we want to step away from that a little bit and put them both in different scenarios and see what happens. We want to see how that plays out with them going back to their strange chemistry as “frenemies.”"
"I think we will learn more about Sam, for sure, and definitely learn more about Andy.… We didn’t see her dad this season. With any luck, if we can get the actor booked, we’ll see him in Season 3. We’ll also meet her mom.""We're gonna see him become a bit of a bad ass," Milne told TV Fanatic. "You might make some comparisons to Swarek, not that Swarek is mean, but he's more edgy and more aware of evils in the city than Chris has been." "Some things will happen to Chris that aren't so good. Instead of accepting them, he decides to thrown down the gauntlet."
Enuka Okuma told TV Fanatic: "Her ambitions start to show a little more. We see that she has an instinct for solving problems and an inclination toward moving up the chain at work, let's just say that." Maybe she's the one who'll get the promotion.
