Sam Swarek is one of my favorites, I would say he and Andy McNally are the winners. He's the best training officer at 15th Division and I guess this is not just my opinion. If I would be a rookie I would definitely choose him as my training officer. He's trained Andy well and thanks to him Andy became the best rookie at the end of season 2. He was tough on her many times but let's not forget that he was also there for her each and every time. Unlike Like, he's the loyal type. My guess is that Sam Swarek fell in love with Andy right at the beginning but being Andy's TO made things difficult.
